How to find your size in two minutes

1. 1 Take a pair of your own that fits you well. Sun or optical, it does not matter: we are looking for a reference you already know works on you.
2. 2 Look inside the temple. Almost every pair has three small numbers there, like this: 55 □ 19 145. In that order: lens width, bridge and temple.
3. 3 Cannot find them? Lay the glasses open on a table and measure from hinge to hinge across the front with a ruler. That is the total width, and it is the number that really matters.
4. 4 Compare with the numbers above. Within two or three millimetres, they will sit much the same. Five or more and you will notice: write to info@ravaleyewear.com and we will tell you which model suits you better.

• Acetate frame, designed in El Raval and assembled by hand in short runs.
• Metal hinges and temples any optician can adjust.
• CR-39 lenses with 100% UVA and UVB protection.
• Category 3: the filter level that cuts the glare of a sunny day. It is the everyday one; not for looking straight at the sun or for high-mountain skiing.
• Lens colour on this frame: Grey.
• They can be glazed. Any optician can swap the sun lens for a prescription one, tinted too.
• Treatments included as standard: AR Back.

There are two routes and they change the delivery time, so it is worth knowing which one you are ordering.

Catalogue lens

A clear CR-39 lens or a ready-made sun lens. It is in stock, so it ships within 24 h working hours.

Custom lens

Tinted and gradient are both custom lenses. They are not made in advance: they are assembled for you, one by one, in the workshop in El Raval. That is why they take 5 working days to leave.

And with your prescription? That too. These frames are designed to take prescription lenses and any optician can fit them. If you are unsure about a model, write to info@ravaleyewear.com and we will tell you before you order.

• Rest of Europe: calculated at checkout depending on the destination.
• Catalogue frames: they leave within 24 h working hours.
• Made-to-order tinted lenses: 5 working days.
• Orders placed from Friday afternoon through the weekend go out on Monday.

You have 14 days from delivery. Write to info@ravaleyewear.com with your order number and we send you the instructions; we usually reply within one working day.

• They must come back unused and in perfect condition, with the box, the case and the cloth.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Raval covers the cost only in the case of a warranty claim or an error on our side.
• Rather have a different model or colour? Write to us and we will sort the exchange.
• Returning from outside the European Union: write to us before shipping and we will send you a label with the customs paperwork.
• 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects: hinges, acetate and lenses. If something fails on our side, we repair or replace it.

Keep all of it until you are sure you are keeping them: to return within 14 days, they must come back with the box, the case and the cloth.
