Yes, and we’re honest about it. We choose better materials, improve processes, and work with responsible partners whenever possible. Are we perfect? No. Are we trying without pretending? Always. Sustainability is a journey, not a marketing sticker.

We walk, observe, listen, and trust our gut. Music, art, fashion, architecture, and real conversations shape our designs. If a frame feels timeless but still hits different, it earns its place. Drops happen when they’re ready, not when a calendar says so.

Changes & Return
What is the Return term?
Changed your mind? No worries. You’ve got 14 days from delivery to return your order. Just make sure to contact our Customer Service first, don’t just toss it out the window (tempting, we know).
Can I change my order?
Yep. Made a last-minute switcheroo in your head? Shoot us an email at info@ravaleyewear.com with what you want to change, and we’ll handle it. Easy peasy.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve had a change of heart, email info@ravaleyewear.com and tell us to cancel. We’ll refund you within 24–48 hours via your original payment method.
Once it’s on its way though, it’s game over, you can’t cancel a box that’s already in transit (we wish we had superpowers too).
How to process a change, cancellation or refund?
Any changes, cancellations, or returns? Hit up our Customer Service at info@ravaleyewear.com and explain what’s up. We’ll sort it out as quickly as we can.
Can I return a customized product, a limited edition or a product after the deadline?
Heads up: personalized items, limited editions, or anything past the 14-day window are generally a no-go. That includes custom prescription glasses or non-prescription blue light glasses, they can’t be resold, so they can’t come back. Sorry, rules are rules.
Raval Eyewear reserves the right to reject returns communicated after the deadline and personalized products that could not serve a third party.
Orders & Shipping
What if a product is out of stock?
Don't panic. If something you want is sold out, just fill out our “Back in Stock” form and we’ll hit you up the moment it’s back.
To which countries do they send?
Anywhere. Literally. We’ll ship your Raval gear to your cousin in Canada, your friend in Japan, or that mate in Australia who always asks for gifts. If it’s on Earth, we’ll get it there.
Are customs fees included in the shipment?
Here’s the deal: customs or import taxes are not included in the price. We can’t predict them, we can’t negotiate them, and we definitely can’t magic them away. If your order hits customs, it’s on the customer side.
We have no control over these charges and we can not specify a specific cost for each country.
Do you deliver on Saturday?
Not yet, sorry. Right now, Saturday delivery is only available in our stores. But if you’re in a hurry, our fast shipping will make sure your package arrives as soon as possible.
Can I change the shipping address?
If your order hasn’t left the warehouse yet, send us an email at info@ravaleyewear.com and we’ll hook you up with the new address. If it’s already shipped, you’ll need to hit up the carrier directly. Sorry, we can’t chase your package mid-flight
Customs
CUSTOMS - COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Some countries may have import taxes and customs costs, please check with local authorities. If the shipment of the package incurs customs duties and taxes, these will be borne by the customer. Please note that Raval Eyewear operates from the European Union. If the customer does not want to take care of customs fees, Raval Eyewear will not refund the amount of the order and will not take care of the package. It is important to provide a correct address and a contact telephone number. We do not accept P.O. Boxes. In some occasions, the U.S. Customs Authorities ask their citizens to provide their Social Security number to release the imported merchandise.
UK VAT & Duties included
Taxes and duties included for orders to the UK. All orders sent to the UK include VAT costs, duties and customs fees. You will not have to pay any additional costs to receive your order in the United Kingdom.

Do you have deferred payments or financing methods?
