The final steps, assembly and finishing, are done by hand. That's why every pair feels different from the first moment.
The lenses
CR-39, hardened for daily life.
Toughened, not fragile. Every lens gets a hardening resin over impact-resistant CR-39, so it shrugs off scratches and takes a knock where glass would crack. Most of our sun models also carry an anti-reflective coat on the inside.
