It depends on what you order. Standard frames ship within 24 business hours. If you order on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, we don’t ship on weekends. They go out on Monday.

Glasses with tinted lenses are a different story. Each pair goes through our workshop. That takes 5 business days, because it’s custom work.

In Spain, yes. Always. No minimum order required. For the rest of Europe, shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination.

You have 14 days from the moment you receive them. Return them, and we’ll refund you.
The only thing we ask: that they are returned in the same condition we sent them, including box, case, and cloth.

Standard frames come with clear CR39 lenses or sunglasses lenses in the catalog colors. They are ready-made and ship fast.
Tinted lens glasses go through our workshop: the lenses are specifically made for your order. They are custom, not stock products. That’s why they take 5 business days and why they turn out the way they do.

One-size with a universal fit, the temples and bridge are designed to adapt to most faces.
If you have a very narrow or very wide face, or you’re unsure about a specific model, check the size guide for measurements. We’ll tell you honestly if that model is right for you or if another one would suit you better.

Any manufacturing defect: hinges, acetate, lenses. If something fails on our side, we repair or replace it. What it doesn’t cover: loss, impact damage, or stepping on them.
