Not at all. We'd much rather work with creators who have a unique style and make great content than people with huge audiences. Your creativity matters more than your follower count.

You'll receive a pair of RAVAL glasses to create content in your own style. If we think one of your videos has real potential, we may feature it in our paid advertising campaigns to give it much more exposure. We're looking to grow alongside talented creators, not just collect content.

No. The only thing we ask is that you send us the original content. If you also choose to post it on your own social channels and it performs well, we may boost it with paid advertising and invite you to future collaborations.

RAVAL EYEWEAR · Image & content rights assignment — 08001 Creators Program

By ticking this box, I authorise RAVAL EYEWEAR to use my image and the content (photos and videos) I deliver within this program, in digital media only: social media, paid digital advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google and equivalents) and the brand's digital channels (web and email), with no geographic limit and for a maximum period of 3 months. After that period, if RAVAL EYEWEAR wishes to keep using the content, it will ask me to renew this permission.

I also authorise the editing, retouching, cropping, subtitling and adaptation of the material, as well as combining it with other content. RAVAL EYEWEAR may assign or sublicense these rights to third parties linked to the brand (distributors, partner opticians and media agencies).

I also authorise RAVAL EYEWEAR to promote as ads the posts made from my own Instagram or TikTok account (collaboration / Partnership Ads format), with prior notice.

Consideration

In exchange for this assignment, RAVAL EYEWEAR will give me, at no cost, a frame from its catalogue, chosen from available stock, plus the program incentives communicated to me.

Declaration

I declare that I am over 18 and the author of the content I deliver, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. I undertake that anyone else identifiable in the material has given their consent.

Data protection

Personal data will be processed by RAVAL EYEWEAR under the GDPR, to manage this collaboration and ship the product. I may exercise my rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to sara@ravaleyewear.com.
