If a product or size is out of stock, you can fill out the 'back in stock' form to get notified of when we've restocked the product!

Yes you can. If you need to return or exchange your item, please notify us within 14 days of when you received your package so we can start the process. If you do not let us know within the 14-day time frame, then, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return/exchange.

Yes! We now ship worldwide. Shipping rates will vary on your country and preferred method. Please keep in mind your package may take a bit longer than expected due to customs.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has been sent out. Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to appear in the system.

We believe that RAVAL should be accessible to everyone! We value quality in the manufacturing process of all of our Glasses and Sunglasses. This means that we invest in high-quality machinery and also care about the life-work balance of our employees. All items must meet our quality standards before sent out so we can continue to be proud of our work and feel good about it!

Sizing can vary between our items, so we recommend cheking your glasses to determine your ideal size. Sizes will be included on every product page with detailed measurements. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to reach out :)

Changes or Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days, from the date of delivery to return it. Before making the return the customer must contact Customer Service.

If you have placed an order and want to change it, just send us an e-mail to info@ravaleyewear.com and indicate what is the desired change. We will proceed to make the change and the necessary adjustments.
